How much does the ticket cost?
Tickets on the door are £12.00 for Adults and £6.00 for
senior citizen and children under 10yrs old
How much is the advance ticket?
Advance tickets are £10.00 for adult saving of over 15%

Is there disabled access?
Alexandra Palace makes every effort to ensure that visitors with disabilities
can gain easy access. If any visitors require assistance our staffs are
on hand to help
Parking
Spaces close to the entrances are reserved for the disabled DRIVER.
Able-bodied drivers of disabled PASSENGERS are asked to use the drop off
and pick up points and then drive on to park in visitors' car parks.
Ramps
Wheelchair access points are provided and the West entrance (Palm Court)
has automatic entry doors.
Toilets
Unisex wheelchair access toilets are available throughout the venue.
First Aid/Medical Assistance
Qualified staffs are on duty throughout all exhibitions and events.
Catering
All facilities provide services at ground level. The Palace Suite restaurant
on the lower ground floor can be reached by lift and has a unisex wheelchair
access toilet nearby.
Assistance
All assistance dogs are welcome, water bowls are available on request.
N.B. In the event of an emergency evacuation you will be directed
via the nearest suitable exit for the disabled visitor.
What is the nearest Underground?
Wood Green, on the Piccadilly Line, is the nearest London Underground
Station. It connects via King’s Cross to the Circle Line on which
main British Rail Stations are located. Journey time from Piccadilly Circus,
for example, is 20 minutes. The frequent W3 bus service runs from just
outside Wood Green Station to the Palace entrance.

Underground and Bus
Caledonian Road on the Piccadilly Line is the nearest accessible tube
station, the station has lift access to street level.
The 259 bus route is wheelcahir-acceessble and runs from Kings Cross via
Caledonian Road to Finsbury Park Station where the wheelchair-accessible
W3 bus runs to Alexandra Palace. Please alight at the 'Palm Court' main
entrance to the building, wheelchair users will gain access to the building
via the slip road. Tottenham Hale on the Victoria line is also an accessible
station.
What is the nearest Train?
Alexandra Palace has its own British Rail Station, fittingly called
Alexandra Palace Station. It is located at the Wood Green entrance to
the Park.
Monday - Friday (up to 9.00pm):
Every 15 minutes from King’s Cross, changing at Finsbury Park for
Alexandra Palace Station or direct from Moorgate every 10 minutes.
Weekends & Monday - Friday (after 9.00pm):Every 15 minutes direct
from King’s Cross.
The frequent W3 bus service runs from just outside the station to the
Palace entrance.
N.B. There is no weekend service from Moorgate Station.

By Rail
Kings Cross Station is the nearest accessible rail station with lift access
to street level. The 259 bus can be taken to Finsbury Park where the W3
bus will take visitors to the main entrance
How do get to Alexandra Palace by Road?
Alexandra Palace is one mile from the North Circular (A406) and 5 miles
from Junction 2 on the M1 Motorway. Junction 25, the nearest access to
the M25, is just 8 miles away. An easy route from the City is the A10
then west onto the A109. From the West End take the A400 to Archway via
Camden Town. Then the A1 and follow signs to the Palace.
How to get to Alexandra Palace by Air?
From Heathrow Airport, the Piccadilly Line runs directly to Wood Green
Station. From Gatwick Airport an express takes you direct to Victoria
Station, then the underground to Wood Green Station.
What parking charges?
Its absolutely free!! There way over 2,000 parking spaces on the ground
