My sv 1000 again.
      #29165 - 10/07/2008 23:03

Hello again people. So I now no there is nothing to worry about with the popping exhaust. I had it dynoed and it is a bit rich at the top end but apparently nothing to worry about. and it is still pushing out 115hp even with 34000 miles on the clock. So now for my next question I've taken the baffles out of the scorpions so it still pops only louder not a problem as traffic moves out of my way quicker. But apparently it is now shooting big flames out the back this doesn't bother me either but will it do any long term damage to my bike or the exhausts.

I doubt it, the only thing it'll do is make lots of other bikers jealous.

I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than me will know for sure though.
