And you might be one of the organisers? I don't recall seeing a paid for advert in the magazine, that would make this parasitic advertising in my book, my appologies if I'm wrong.

I hope you mean psychic?
Or is it some kind of insult that I'm too daft to get?

We have a few customers who go to these events. They are not really spectator events but to run your bike flat out they are a bit of fun. Twos guys are in the 200 mph club with Kawasaki ZZR1400's at over 206MPH with only minimal mods like pipe and a bit of lowering. My Mate Patrik, does the wheelie thing and has done 219.9 MPH and has to go back and break 220MPH as he has done over 225MPH in practice.
I prefer corners, but it is all competition and competitive urges and testosterone seem to be the driving force here in the same way they are in other forms of motorsport.
-------------------- I'm not competitive, I just like a good veiw!

we all like different things to do with bikes, if your not interested then dont read it, its just another kind of event for people that are interested and there are plenty that are, i have raced scooters and bikes in the past and am currently building a 2 stroke sprint bike i also like to pull wheelies as fast as i can over decent distances i also like to watch the bike racing whenever possible, there are bike events that i'm not interested in but i would'nt say they were boring because i dont like them, each to their own and the more events to do with bikes the better

Wheelie?? What is that??
Looking forward to this event as always, to meet some old friends, have fun on both 1 and 2 wheels and hopefully be quicker then 350km/h (218mph) on 1 wheel before anyone else which is my final goal!!
So see you at Elvington 2007!!
