Yup its June 2008 and again Lake Balaton is inflicted by bloody Harleys:

I know I look good in my race suit
I know occasionally Ive looked at my self in a shop window-
BUT 
Alsöörs next to Lake balaton is the annual venue of the (allegedly biggest outside the US of A) Harley Festival so we are inflicted by some of the worlds biggest posers and selfess riders. I live on the southside(Alsöörs on the north) and about 1 hour ride. So with all that accomadation on the north side(and camping at the venue)-loads of mysterious trucks/cars with traliers have arrived at various guest houses/ hotels etc on my side,indeed 3 just up the road. And out they roll their Harleys(foreign, sons of dogs/satan/mummmy type chapter  all 30 of them)
-got dressed into those leather chaps/waistcoats/bandanas etc and rode yes rode the 400meters into Siofok at a steady 20kms causing chaos and stopped outside a hostelry for food and parked their bikes on the pavement-blocking it and forcing people(and mums with toddlers/prams etc) to walk in the road. Then the said "riders" started bullshitting to the waiters etc how they had just ridden RIDDEN  all the way from HAMBURG(Germany).And on Saturday the whole venue will ride round the lake(to show off the tractors)Anyway-us fairweather riders have got together for a ridearound at the same time in the opposite direction-over 700 of us (if it doesnt rain that is) Its actually a protest about the fact that the national police do nothing about serious breaches of the law by these people when they are here whilst those who live here then get tarred with the same brush-oh that sounds familier-good job Bumstorm isnt here on holiday

That's quite amusing. I love the fact that they travel by motorhome then ride the last little bit, reminds me of the film Wild Hogs Not the rough tough bikers that everyone thinks

Harley riders are the biggest bunch of nancy pancies that I have ever seen. Got a guy here at work (in South Africa) that owns 2 of them just so that he can tell everybody he has 2.
A bit like little school boys who's toy is always better or his .... is bigger.
Have any of you also noted that all bikers (cruisers, dual purpose and superbikers) almost always greet oncoming bikers on the road EXCEPT if it is a Harley and you don't alo have a "tracktor"?

Was originally from Pietersburg in the north but have now been a proud Cape Town lad for the last 8 years and loving it. Weather here currently shit and wet so could easily mistake it for the UK.

Took this about3 hours ago has I had to go down the lake to see a mate 
These 6 tossers were moving at about 25mph in a 60 limit.strung out about 100 yards apart and as I pulled out to overtake-see: the lead one has moved out to block me  And to follow them for 10 mins till I could pass them-Wankers
