Well Im over 40 and errr a biker(with all me hair but god only knows how)must be summit to do with my lifestyle  But despite a healthy appetite for food,beer and wine I still would never be overweight. Ive stayed between 70 and 75 kgs since the Miners strike

What's kgs?
Is that them European units of weight? Or should that be mass......?

Dont you start its taken me 7 years to get used to the metric system so dont spoil it. 22 cms sounds bigger than 8 inchs IMO

That's probably because it is mate. 22cm is 8.66 inches. That extra 2/3rds makes all the difference
