It'll be the idea of some fuckwit who has a funny handshake and one trouser leg shorter than the other.
The guys who do Bikesafe are pretty passionate about what they do, it's like any job really I suppose, the bosses ALWAY'S have good ideas that piss off the blokes on the ground
