they only did an emergency stop at 10mph? mine was at 30mph and they complained if you did'nt stop quick and safe enough, or went to slow into it. I guess though having done a CBT just over a year ago, that they could be alot more in depth. its true ythey odnt show you alot, but that experience i worked up in no time, (averaged 200miles a week)
but yeah they best place is a clear carpark, then you can really learn how quick your bike can stop, how good your brakes are and such, i used my local Waitrose one. Also attempted a few stoppies and wheelies to see if i could get the back or the front up, nope, it stayed planted, thats a good thing, dont look very cool though.

keep at it mate, we all have to start somewhere, unfortunately crashing is all part of riding, it will happen.
