Chappers, I think....in hindsight the piece that I posted wasn't the best....oops!

And you've rumbled me...I remembered something about more sugar turning to Alcohol.....the brew went up like bloody Vesuvius....I had to run out the garden carrying the fermentation bin before the Mrs found half of it all over her new wooden floor.

I'll stick to what it say's on the Label next time..
