Yes I consider myself very lucky, not because of the age difference which is irrelevant to either of us, but because she's such a fantastic person.

Great sense of humour, understands me (which is a feat in itself), loves bikes (learning to ride herself), sensible, mature, and despite what I put in a separate thread actually encouraged me to buy a track bike. She's my best friend, top women and I love her to bits. nothing soppy about that mate, you obviously love your woman, and you don't have to justify talking about it with humour. i haven't seen my wife and kids since the 25th march this year, i love them to bits and miss them dearly, but thats army life for ya!

my wife actually flies out to cyprus for a week next week, the kids are being looked after by their grandparents, we've been married over eight years but never had a honeymoon cus she was pregnant, so this is our time to enjoy ourselves. i've planned to renew our wedding vows, but she doesn't have a clue, its all a big suprise. i've got the church booked and everything!

she goes back to germany the following week, and two weeks after that she comes back but this time with the kids, got a villa booked for two weeks of family fun!

seriously mate, feel free to talk about your loved one as much as you like, there's nothing wrong with showing your feelings pal!
