Meet the original zx intake inspired fish smoker on it's first outing... ![]() made for £1 (jumblesale BBQ an my grandmothers knackered oak wash stand) ![]() The mackeral were (poor things) were swimming off Chesil beach the day before. Considering I did several things wrong - Like I didn't air dry the fish after taking them out of the brine, chopped the wood too small so it burnt a bit too quick and hot, plus the wood was still a little "green". The taste of them was fantastic. Even my now quite dotty mother, loved them. So next up is bacon and chicken... and a still for the hooch. |
