...put a porter down yesterday...it's not quite a Stout and not quite a Bitter...but I've flavoured it with Honey.......Initial tasting, albeit on my fingertip, and it hasn't matured yet, it's very nice and very smooth.....Not getting opened until Xmas morning though.....However I will be putting another Cider down, as it's easier to increase the Alcohol content.
