Heated Grips
      #19223 - 02/01/2008 20:39

I've had enough.

Best price anyone can find for heated grips.

From anywhere.

Please.

How big are your hands? I ask because a cheap but efficient alternative to heated grips that doesn't involve replacing your nice grips with wank Oxprod aftermarket tat (or paying through the arse for the official factory option that is probably great but costs a million quid) are these - Oxford Hothands - sort of heated wraps that go round your existing grips.

These are fine if you don't have unusually small hands - I fitted them to my ex's CB400 and her small hands made them hard work for her, but they definitely worked, very well!

The best thing is that you can a) take them off in seconds when the weather heats up (or when you park somewhere dodgy) and get your standard grips back, and b) move them from bike to bike.

Top idea, Ken.
I don't have the biggest hands (and you know what they say about blokes with small hands....), but I've just had a quick "e-bay", and for the price I can get these for, even if they don't suit I won't be massively out of pocket.

I think I'm gonna give 'em a try. Cheers.
