5' 11-ish (fifteen stone). Passed full test last August.
I'm 40 in April so 'quite sensible'. Although most of my friends would disagree.
Ideally something 600-ish would probably we about right and it's got to lug me around.

CBR600f is a good starting point in fact any of the 600s but the Honda CBR and the Yamaha Chunder Cat are a little less extreme than the sportier models. You may also want to look to a Suzuki SV650.

Also worth considering a late (2002-2003) version of the first Fazer 600 - the last Thundercat-powered one had a big fuel tank, stainless pipe, Fazer 1000-style top fairing with good headlights, and better dash. It was a great bike and you'll get a minter for that cash I would think...
