I now have all the kit to brew my own....
Makka, my cousin in OZ has got hold of a homebrew book, I borrowed it off my Dad..its called Brewing Crafts. by a bloke called Mike Rodgers-Wilson, it's got a base recipe and then all the bits you need to add to make your favourite pub brew...Carlberg Elephant, DAB, Stella Artois ,
Brains, Theakstons etc etc..
I'm going to put my first batch down today...it'll be ready when the Sun finally comes out in the UK.....We have a Monsoon at the moment!

Been reading through that brewing book properly, it's very good, aimed at the beginner , with step by step instructions, even I can't bugger it up! I hope. Getting 96 pints of Cider down ASAP, it tells you what to do to increase the ABV of the pint your brewing

CRAB...Never as good as the Royal Engineers. I'm a Gent ....I just need to take my size 8 SIDI from out of my gob sometimes....I have a funny feeling I've upset someone ...Again ! My sense of humour doesn't translate very well sometimes. Sorry.
And don't add sugar to a Brew halfway through the fermentation process! Don't know why I did it..but it went mad and blew up!!! I managed to salvage most of it, sooo, with any luck it'll turn out at around 8% ABV..

Chappers, I think....in hindsight the piece that I posted wasn't the best....oops!
And you've rumbled me...I remembered something about more sugar turning to Alcohol.....the brew went up like bloody Vesuvius....I had to run out the garden carrying the fermentation bin before the Mrs found half of it all over her new wooden floor.
I'll stick to what it say's on the Label next time..

Yep got most of the bits bolted on now took it out Sunday the bike rips now and the handling seemed good on Sunday I rechecked the sag settings when I got home and had to adjust them again so the exhaust must have made a big difference saved about 6-6.5 kilos over the STD exhaust. I did have a little mishap yesterday tho my right ankle folded under me in a car park and I dropped the bike not toobad tho scrached the NEW seat unit, handle bar end and bent a rearset peg got a new one on order so no probs.
