Hi gouldie. Try first4gear.com. You'll find a link to it on the Useful Links page on my website. I can't seem to get the link working on this post.

I know it's not immediate Norwich area but the White Swan at Yarmouth is a great place on a Friday night although I haven't been in ages...

A link here http://www.ncsl.co.uk/whiteswan.html/

It's well known by the local law though so keep the speed down on the Acle straight on the way in.

Is the Big Apple in Yarmouth still open?

Not sure, was that just over the Haven bridge on the right as you go towards Gorleston? There's a new bridge and different route now so I haven't been that way for years but I went to college in Yarmouth and I think I used to go in there, but college was a bit of a drunken, smokey haze I'm afraid.

That would be the Big Apple, The "Outcasts" used to frequent the place when I used to go in there.
