Northern Ireland - A2 Coast Road
      #37869 - 04/01/2009 17:53

For those of you who come over for the North West 200, you probably know the A2 from Larne to Ballycastle well. For those who have never tried it, please do. Rode it yesterday and it was spectacular. Plenty of twists and turns on this narrow road. Only problem is keeping your eyes on the road and not looking at the scenery. However, there are plenty of opportunities to stop and take in the views. Yesterday's temperature was just above freezing so just managed to avoid frost bite on the fingers but a great day to start my first outing in 2009.

I've been along it several times, unfortunately never on a bike only in a green landrover, I was dreaming I was on a bike at the time though........
