Yep strip the carb it's probally gummed up then change the plug, fesh fuel/oil mix and bob should be your uncle. one of the problems with off roaders is that they tend to sit for a extended periods and if all the fuel isn't drained it will evaporate blocking airways and jets, on my bikes I drain the carbs at the end of every day out.
