I have bought gas gas c 200 enduro bike for the winter and it wont tick over even after adjusting it to the max

Any solutions would be appreciated

Yep strip the carb it's probally gummed up then change the plug, fesh fuel/oil mix and bob should be your uncle.
one of the problems with off roaders is that they tend to sit for a extended periods and if all the fuel isn't drained it will evaporate blocking airways and jets, on my bikes I drain the carbs at the end of every day out.
