have just booked my first track day of the year silverstone gp this will be my first time there is there anything i should know to help me out and be a bit less nervous about the day. a couple queations can we use the pit garages is the power in them are there any good places to watch from what about food and stuff sorry so many questions any help would much appreciated

First off try the search button I wrote quite and extensive post on it a few months ago. if you can't find it PM me and I'll help. I'm not writing it out again though cos I don't rite nun too gud.

Which layout are you on?
Yes you can use the garages, yes they have power, and Silverstone is very good for snacks. They have a sandwich bar/ cafe that is usually open, and an (very expensive) on site petrol station.
There are also some good places to watch from the stands at Silverstone, although IMO it's not the best for spectators.

thanks very much for your info have had a look around and found some great pics of you at silverstone on your hornet i wish i looked as good on my 636 have a good season
