Hi I have a CBR600f sport 2001 do I need to take the radiator of to replace the headers. Cheers

You should just ba able to undo the mounts and carefuly move it to gain clearance, Dont damage the fins.

What Chappers said.
It pays to give the header bolts a good soaking with WD40 or similar once a day a few days before removal. Makes them easier to get out and less likely to snap off.

handy tip for protecting radiator fins. Cut a cerial box or better still cardboard box to fit over the back of the rad and tape it in place over the fins, so if you slip no harm done.
