Self proclaimed largest bike mag up for sale.

The owners of Yank motorcycle mag Cycle World have decided to get out of the buisness due to the recession and explosion of the net what your take on this Superbike? Will you feel the pinch and how much is the economic downturn affecting you. I'd have thought that a decent mag that lifts your spirits and entertains would do well in time like this.
But the Cycle world was very straight.
