Are you 17 & just passed your test???? Or got 12 points????

Looks more like they gave you a quote to buy it, not insure it!!

Holy shit!!!! I'm only 32, clean license, held for 6 years and only pay 250 fc for a 57 plate GSXR600. Where do you live, Norther Ireland? Thats extortionate.

Hmmm Brokers do seem to be taking the proverbial lately - been with mine 7yrs now(with the car ). They sent a quote for £795 to re-insure through them. Needless to say I have dumped the broker and gone direct (through the same insurance company) for £300.

That quote was the most expensive, the cheapest on line with m/c direct was £250ish.The quote through the post was £180 premium & £24 legal expenses & £36 for breakdown total £240.How it's supposed to be cheaper on line I don't know.

I renewed my insurance today and asked about the stupid quote.According to the broker the insurance company see something they either dont like or are not to sure about, and rather than not give a quote they make one that they know you wont accept.Unless your a complete nutter.
