Why don't they just offer me a deal where I can pay a fee, a 'pre-paid' fine so to speak, and I can speed at will?

Oh come on Brett.
Where we live it's pretty easy to avoid the cameras.
Other than the pigmobile ones but, touch wood, I never see them and if I see a fast Aussie car (SS) that's clean I usually give it caution.
