i know what you mean just watched videos and have just done my first track day of the year at silverstone gp (with focused)man i was crap feels like ive lost everything from last year WHERES MY MO JO GONE

Stick with it not every trackday is better then the last the main thing is to enjoy the day.

especially after a few months off, just like a winter lay off on the road when you get back you are a bit rusty and it takes time for your brain to reacclimatize itself to the speed and bigger lean angles.

i know whatt you mean great bike control i bet he has a big pile of bent bits in his garage .hope you have a great trackday be sure to post some pics and let us know how you got on.
