ESFRS FireBike Launch
      #41593 - 24/04/2009 12:57

The East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service FireBike launch for 2009 is taking place in Hastings town centre on Bank Holiday Monday 4 May 2009. This coincides with the long established Hastings May Day Run.

We'll be setting up in the pedestrianised area off Priory Street. Plenty of parking available in Carlisle Parade.

Come and marvel at this year's eyecatching design. Dark sunglassess or welder's mask recommended.

Usual freebies available, no doubt.

We'll be doing some filming for our long-awaited Firebike dvd so an ideal chance to get your ugly mug immortalised on celluloid ..... well, on dvd at least, but you know what I mean.

See you there?

Oh crikey! Even the esteemed shiny who considers the mighty Hayabusa to be a thing of beauty considers the 'Blade (rightly) to be a bit of a stinker!

We are indeed, deep in the shit!

I may well take you up on your kind offer, immy. I gotta admit your Gixxer does look rather good in its fag paper livery.

The 'Blade should be appearing in Brighton on a number of occasions during the Summer. The Ace Cafe Brighton Burn-Up and National Speed Trials in September and Roedean Fire Station Open Day (at Brighton Marina) date to be fixed.

I'm sure there'll be one or two other trips to Brighton as well over the next few months. I'll let you know all the dates as soon as they're confirmed.
