I've just read that the chief executive of serco, the company that maintains all the speed cameras has been banned from driving for speeding in excess of 100mph 
So there is justice after all, I think maybe 500 lashes would be more appropriate, I like to think of myself as firm but fair.

He should think himself lucky he wasn't going 20mph faster with his 14 year old son in the passenger seat or he'd be doing time by now. Oh hang on.... one rule for one....

There was a biker done by an unmarked Blade in Iklesham (30 limit) a few days ago 130mph getting/been locked away according to the Arresting officer, just heard it today from a mate of mine who knows him.
Although 130 in a 30 deserves a strech inside IMO what would the punishment have been if the SERCO boss had been on two wheels instead of four.
