Never too Old
      #42053 - 11/05/2009 14:28

This is a picture of a friend of mine just before leaving to go to the inaugural Hungarian Ducati Club Festival(2 and a half hour ride away)

Yes,indeedy, that is a Ducati 1098R(with all the race kit bits and bobs)
However the rider is Matayas Balind. He was the top national bike racer in the 50s and 60s
And for the last 20 years has owned virtually every top spec Ducati bike produced.
Sooo that makes him, well hes 82 actually and rides like hes 28
I know-Ive ridden with him and he is very good
Hope I can ride like him at that age

Much respect

--------------------
Pure speed in sixth gear on a 5000-foot straightaway is one thing, but pure speed in third gear on a gravel-strewn downhill ess-turn is quite another

Either way, 8+2 still = 10, same as 2+8.

Age is all in the mind.........
