Yep, that's him and I still think it's some kind of set up.
Anyone who can go out and ride like that in one trip without doing it on purpose wouldn't survive to have a second.

I was intrigued to see what other bad riding skills this chap has a was quite entertained at his comments about other road users!!
I watched his complaint about a "blue van man", a cyclist running out on him, then there was the AMAZING "first ever Wheelie" then the last was the aftermath of his crash!!
made me smile.

I have worked out what his other problem is, apart from being a usless berk , his steering lock must have been on cos he just cant turn right. I am amazed that he didnt even try to go round the corners, cos he wasnt even going fast
