Ive just had my GSXR 1000K5 frame mod done by Bill Smiths of Bangor,when they returned the bike the fan wasnt working so i took the bike back, when they had re-connected the fan they then billed me £25 for their mistake. Does anybody know where i stand on this one.Cheers.

I think your mistake was paying the £25.
Really very weird-what does it say on your bill? Did you speak to the shop manager about it? Three courses of action.
1.
Write and tell Suzuki plus send copies of documentation, ask them why you should be charged
2.
Go to citizens Advice bureau see what they say
3.
Write the £25 off and never go to that dealer again
