No1 looks like Jamie witham I'm guessing about 98 by the TL1000S that bloke in the background wasn't he a copper on a TV show the bill or something Sargent Bob Cryer wasn't it accoring to Google that actor Eric Richard.
No2 looks like BSB two loctite Yamaha's and a rotary Norton so I'm guessing on the Norton if that's what it is will be Trevor Nation or Ron Haslam I think Haslam, then Rob McElnea (the eventual champion)and Terry Rymer on the Locktite Yams 1991 at a guess don't know where I can only guess at Brands.
the last two have me totally stumped.

2 out of 4 Chappers. Not bad. 1_The release of the TLS-with Jamie and ERIC Richards.2- Trevor Nation
on the front row and he indeed whipped the Loctites arses that day-At Brands about 1989/90 I think(cos The Rocket rode the same bike in the 500 Grand Prix when Kevin out braked Wayne AND went round the outside of him at the Melbourne Loop ) Ron just made the points.
3-Anytakers as to who? Where and when is differcult
4-Anytakers as to the guy? (the girl is my daughter who is now 26(a clue)

Homeopaths! Save money on petrol by filling up at the water pump. Your bike will remember the petrol from your previous fill.

Sorry-I did try but they go totally out of focus on the next size up
#3. Its Eddie Lawson at the very first Day of Champions which was in a very chilly November at Brands Hatch. Rainy-Schwantz-Mamola(Master of Ceremonies-and who introduced me to Japanese beer "Supporo" I think thats how its spelt)plus all the Brit greats-even Phil read was floating about as I recall as well as Kevins Mum and Dad who did a huge bar-be"Schwantz Family Cook-Out" Brill day
#4 WSB at Brands-about 1997. My daughter with Jamie Whitams Suzuki Team mate-I hoped someone could remember his name-Mike summit I think. Never heard of him since
