Right here is the problem folks lol, just bought a new pair o boots and it seems my foot is too big to fit under the gear lever now, is there any way i can adjust to footrest or the gear lever to fit these big boots?

Should be able to yes.
There's a tie rod going from the left hand rearset to a shaft on the engine. It'll be threaded on both sides.
If you lengthen or shorten that it'll move the lever up or down(depends on rearset design what does what).
I think that should work.:)
