Fucking cunts. I've got good security on my garage, but I'm still paranoid and if they are really determined vunerable. Although I like to think that my place is such a pain and attract so much attention to get into they look for an easier target.

I was woken by a noise on Saturday night. Three hoodies in my garden! Two of them trying to get in through my kitchen window, the other by my shed. I stupidly oened the window and shouted at them. They ran off before I had time to gather my senses. If only I was not half asleep, could have easily caught at least one I have now put the word about, nobody likes house burgalars.

Last year I heard a noise in our kitchen at about 4am.
got up to investigate just in time to see mr naughty legging it out of our (unlocked oops) back door.
I ran after him into the garden, he the vaulted our garden fence and made for a side passage and the street.
"right" I thought "I will cut him off" and ran back through our house out into the street, where sure enough my naughty was sprinting down the road, I was 5 doors down our street when I realised I was bollock naked.
double oops.
mr naughty got away.

And the moral of the story? Always meet a prospective buyer on neutral ground.
