What does anyone know about the Benelli tornado tre 900?
I have seen a few of these bikes and like the look of them. But... How good are they?
Will they last a British winter?
I have found a dealer who has a limited number of 2008 models and is selling them as new bikes for £6000 on the road.
Is this a good price?
I have read reviews about them but they all seem to say different things.
I am torn between that or a vfr800vtec. Which way would you go?, or are there any other sugestions?

That is a coincidence a mate of mine mentioned he was looking at them too about three weeks ago.
I have no idea how quick they rot, but can tell you from the one I looked over at thruxton BSB that they do have a high spec suspension and brakes and most of the parts seem pretty well put together.
I also know the dry weight was just shy of 200KG so not light by todays standards. Power is on the modest side too at around 134 BHP, BUT the torque is looking good at 96nm at 8,500 rpm-great for the road. It also has a highish seat height.
It is a lot of (unusual) bike for £6000 worth more investigation that is for sure.
