Dilemma
      #42834 - 21/06/2009 17:26

Basically... Do i swap my 2006 1050 speed triple for a 2005 K5 GSXR 750 + £350?

The 750's in mint condition with 4000 miles covered, 1 owner and completely standard.

There's nothing wrong with my bike its in great condition but i really want a change & to do some trackdays...

I need to decide and i've been deliberating since friday...

So, What would you do??

I'm not a big Gixxer fan, but the 750 is just about the best all around bike.

Pure speed in sixth gear on a 5000-foot straightaway is one thing, but pure speed in third gear on a gravel-strewn downhill ess-turn is quite another

I've never been a fan either, but after spending a couple of hours on it i was impressed. All the reviews seem to rate it.

I was initially thinking more like £500 to £600 but mine is due a service and done 8000 miles which is why he offered £350.

Think im going to go for it but try and get £450....
