BIKE SHOW BIRTHDAY PRESENT - HELP PLEASE
      #42845 - 21/06/2009 22:44

Hello,

My dad is very interested in motorbikes and I am wondering whether there are any shows/competitions coming up or in 2010 I could get him tickets to for his birthday in August. I live in Lancashire so it cant be too far away. Any suggestions or any help as to where to start looking would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Victoria

Victoria,

Where abouts are you from?
There are HUNDREDS of bike events all over the country during the summer months.
Is he in to classic bikes? Sportsbikes? Customs? Or just bikes in general? Does he ride? and if so, what?

Given a bit more info, I can point you in the direction of something suitable, I'm sure.

Same approch as xx rider if you give more information I can help too!

However if it is superbikes then go to Oulton Parks website and look for events in October because the BSB (British Superbike) race final is there on the 9th 10th and 11th of October! 11th being race day!

The website is as follows saves you looking for it:
http://www.motorsportvision.co.uk/oulton-park/

I live in Lancashire in Leyland and takes aprox 1 hour 30 mins to get to Oulton Park just getting out of there takes about 3 hours due to there always being thousands of people there!

Hope this has helped!
