I've never used the Diablo so can't comment, heard good things though.
The Viper's I've only used on the track (Fireblade 929 RRY), great front end, very planted - Rear I never trusted as much, I always felt like I was on the edge (as in limit) and it did let go a couple of times nothing too dramatic but it was enough for me to smack my balls on the tank once. Could have been worse could have been a complete highside I suppose. Never ridden them in the wet.
I just didn't have a lot of confidence in the rear when pushing it on the track, and confidence is everything.
Pilot Sports I've used on track and road (ZX10-R). Great tyre never gave me any moments no matter how hard I pushed although being my road bike which I didn't push as hard on the track as I do my track bike but did better times on that/them as my track bike with the Vipers on, though the 10 is a much faster bike, if that helps. Good in the wet too.

Out of those I've only used Pilot sports and that was on my hornet on a 16 inch front too.
Great tyres, good on the road, and never had any moments on the trackday I did on them.
Only thing is they tend to wear quite quickly.
