Baylisstic TCX Boots
Unless your name is up there with the likes of Troy Bayliss it would be hard to imagine getting away with wearing a pair of boots like this wouldn't it? These silver TCX Bayliss-rep Competizione race boots are available in limited numbers (500) with a “Baylisstic” logo on the shin guards but make no mistake, they are flash.
The Competizione is TCX's top-dog boot with the torsion-control system protecting you from ankle twist and the corrosion-proof, reinforced sole helping prevent foot crushing. They feature an internal lace-up system (It's all about systems with these TCX Jonnys isn't it?) behind the “Baylisstic” shin guard which tightens and holds your foot in the boot as you zip-up.
A quick update to any existing Competizione owners who bought the boots with the metal, rather than plastic, heel plates. The swingarm-friendly plastic ones are available from your nearest dealer.
