Ultimate Ear Monitors
These Ultimate ear 'Monitors' are expensive and no mistake but, well I think they're worth it. What's good about them is they're tailor-made, moulded to your ear shape from a cast into this squidgy silicone blob around a speaker.
A music purist (bore) would say the sound quality isn't exactly top-of-the-range Sennheiser but they ain't far off and the wind noise inside your helmet at 90mph is a way bigger factor.
The beauty is they act as excellent ear plugs (minimising that wind noise) and I can listen to my iPod clearly while I ride. The conventional jack lead has many applications and Ultimate do a wide range of more or less expensive products for your ear.
