2008 race dates
The big race series have announced their plans for 2008. The calendars are pretty similar to this year with one or two exceptions. MotoGP is pretty much as you were with a bit of a date shuffle towards the end of the year – as well as a September date for the Indy GP in the States (replacing the Turkey trip). World superbike throws some interesting venues, with series going to the Miller Motorsports Park (a cracking venue in Utah) for the first time and a trip to the hitherto unknown Portuguese track of Portimão for the season's climax - take a brolly. Silverstone is not included while two TBA dates are also yet to be announced to the 15-date season. And in the UK BSB won't go to Mondello this year, and no new tracks have been added.
So check out the dates and pencil in your holidays accordingly.
