Aprilia RSV 4 'Race machine' video
Aprilia - or maybe that was parent group Piaggio - made such a lash-up of the 'unveiling' of its new V4 race and road bike, it took a punter on YouTube to spread the 'word'.
Yes, in true half-arsed Italian style, Aprilia's eagerly-awaited RSV Mille V-twin replacement was unveiled at a Piaggio dealer conference in Milan. But at least one of the scooter jockeys had the sense to record some video and noise. It's not much, but the 1,000cc RSV V4 'Race machine' sounds fantastic, especially when top Aprilia race engineer Gigi Dall'Igna is ushered up on stage to give his baby a bit of a warm-up...
