The line up for the 2011 MSS Colchester Kawasaki BSB team is revealed. Explanation? Rider loyalties or the power of the pound?
For 2011 MSS Colchester Kawasaki will run Gary Mason alongside Stuart Easton in the British Superbike championship. Amid rumours about several other riders stepping in to replace Mason after his disappointing 2010 season, would it be too cynical to presume that none carried with them the budget required to seal the deal? Whatever the reasoning for the second chance, Gary is determined to make up for it this year.
Running in National Superstock 1000 for Nick Morgan's 4-man rider line up will be Howie Mainwaring and Danny Buchan. Mainwaring had a promising start to the 2010 season, but was disappointed to finish 4th at the end of the year. Buchan was a front-runner in the Superstock 600 series for the team last year and it will be interesting to see how that translates to the bigger bikes.
