I’ve recently rescued a 1990 Kawasaki KMX 200 from a fate worse than death in the hands of Chris Northover.
The engine arrived in my shed via a box marked ‘Swampy’, so I’m guessing the life it had lived up until recently was far from easy. The bike needed a full rebuild, which meant I was able to hoard some swanky tools for the winter. When this Venhill T-bar set arrived in the office. I made sure to lick it before anyone else could, making it mine. Though the storage rack for it is fairly flimsy, the T bar itself is a smooth piece of kit for the money. You get nine sockets, seven hex bit sockets and both types of screwdriver head. All of which slot onto the 300mm shaft easy peasy. Obviously I’ve dropped it a few times pretending I know what I’m doing and nothing has even chipped. It’s a keeper for sure, unlike the KMX…
