Most of us know cleaning guru Karcher for their ability to make light work of getting bug guts and road debris off your car and motorcycle effortlessly with their high power washers. The German born company have now gone domestic on us and launched a range of vacuum cleaners. We know what you’re thinking, the hoovering is usually left to the other half while you get smothered in grease and oil rebuilding an old engine in the garage. Wrong. Karcher’s latest range of multi-purpose vac’s is aimed predominately at the male market and even branded ‘The Man Vac’ by the celebrity king of DIY, Tommy Walsh.
The range of vacs from Karcher are designed to clean up practically anything, from household crumbs and dog hair to water and leaves in the garden. And, let’s face it, the last time you dusted off the cobwebs in the garage Barry Sheene was on the podium. But fear no more as the little critters can now be blown to mars with a flick of a switch with the simple blowing setting. An easy way to dislodge and remove dirt from behind the two tonne tool box.
These multipurpose vacs start at a modest price of £69.99 for the base model and the all singing, all dancing model will cost you a mere £200. We think it’s a small price to pay to leave your workshop looking like something a MotoGP team would be happy to work in.
