All production bikes ECU’s are programmed for certain parameters including emissions and fuel efficiency which will dent your bikes power, installing a custom map smoothes out any irregular dips and glitches and unleashes the full potential of the ECU. With a simple slip-on can mod they have gained 5hp increases at the rear wheel and an extra 4ft/lb torque over and above a Power Commander. No Power Commander is needed and no extra boxes or equipment is added to the bike. Ultimate-R1 claim figures of 165 BHP @ the wheel with an increase of torque of up to 81.4 ft/lb.
