Motorcycle clothing chain Hein Gericke have announced they have entered administration with the closure of all 16 of their remaining shops in the UK. This comes after the previous buyout in October 2012 which saw the closure of the majority of the high street stores.

Administrators told staff they were no longer employed by the company and 85 stores employing 164 staff around Europe have also been affected.

Whether gift vouchers will still be honoured remains unclear at the moment and the Hein Gericke website has also stopped trading.
