Special versions of our favourite superbikes are all the rage at the moment. BMW’s HP4 RACE, Yamaha’s R1M, Kawasaki’s ZX10RR, Honda’s Fireblade SP2 and Ducati’s various Superleggeras… so it’s only right that Suzuki should make a jizztastic Gixxer Thou as well, right?
Well it might just be happening. Suzuki Italy teased a photo of a GSX-R100R wearing a carbon outfit, bereft of mirrors and fitted with a racing screen and lever guards.
Perhaps there’s a track-only edition on the way… given Suzuki used the hashtags #spotted, #staytuned, #motogp and #2019, we’re half wondering whether we’ll be treated to a preview at Misano this weekend…
