Vickers, Ryde and Harrison to lead Honda Racing UK on the 2027 Fireblade charge.
The programme combines championship-winning experience, proven race-winning pace and extensive knowledge of the Fireblade as Honda Racing UK sets its sights on challenging for the British Superbike title.
Ryan Vickers continues with the team following a strong conclusion to his 2026 campaign. Five victories and ten podium finishes secured fourth in the championship, with a superb win in the rain-soaked Brands Hatch finale providing a fitting demonstration of his speed, confidence and determination.

That momentum now carries into a second season together. With established relationships across his side of the garage and a year of shared experience to draw upon, Ryan will approach 2027 focused on turning race-winning performances into a season long championship challenge.
Joining him is 2026 British Superbike Champion Kyle Ryde. His arrival adds further title-winning pedigree to the Honda Racing UK line-up, bringing the pace, consistency and composure required to succeed across a demanding British Superbike season.
For Kyle, the move marks the beginning of a new partnership with Honda and the opportunity to help shape the competitive development of the all-new Fireblade. Having won the British Superbike title in 2024, 2025 and 2026, Ryde’s confidence and front running pace in the Championship is well established.
Dean Harrison completes the line-up, bringing his experience of racing and winning on the Fireblade on the roads in 2026, as well as a fourth-place finish in the British Supersport Championship in his first full season.
The introduction of the all-new 2027 Honda Fireblade gives the team a fresh focus for its winter preparations. All three riders will contribute to a training, testing and development programme designed to build understanding of the motorcycle and establish a strong foundation before the opening round.
For everyone at Honda Racing UK, the ambition is clear: to arrive ready to compete at the front and sustain that challenge throughout the championship.

Team Manager Scot Hargreaves:
“As we look ahead to 2027, looking at our rider line-up, our machine, and the technical landscape ahead, it truly is an exciting time for me as Team Manager.
In Superbike, bringing the newly crowned three-time champion Kyle Ryde into the garage alongside Ryan Vickers, who has proved his class with us this year and builds on very strong foundations. Then we have Dean Harrison, who delivered sensational Superbike TT victories this year, gives us an exceptionally strong squad. Paired alongside Jack Kennedy leading our charge in British Supersport to target another crown, we have incredible depth across the board.
Knowing we have the reigning champion coming into the mix alongside proven race and TT winners elevates everyone. A line-up like this naturally lifts the team, everyone is heavily invested. It raises the bar for each rider, crew chief, engineer, and mechanic in the garage.
What makes 2027 even more exciting is the arrival of the all-new Fireblade, combined with the championship’s new technical regulations, including the Mectronik electronics package and torque-managed Balance of Performance. It’s a major technical reset for the entire paddock, but with an incredible new motorcycle, new electronics package, and four top-tier riders, we have total confidence as we push for championship success on all fronts.”
Ryan Vickers:
“I’m really happy personally to be continuing with Honda for 2027. We conducted a very successful first year together considering all of the hurdles we had to cross in trying to make the bike better in a very competitive class. I’m really proud of what myself and Honda Racing UK were able to achieve this year and being able to continue with them for another year is a fantastic thing for me to look forward to. I really enjoyed working with Jason O’Halloran as a teammate and we had a good year, I wish him all the best in the future. Joining me for 2027 will be Kyle Ryde, I’m really looking forward to working with him again, we were teammates back in 2024. Kyle is a guy I really get on with and he’s a fast rider so I think he’ll be great in terms of the project of developing the bike. Having riders on board that are striving to win the championship is what Honda needs, Dean jumping on the superbike is only going to benefit Honda as well. It’ll drive his roads development and give him maximum seat time on the new bike ahead of the TT races, but having three fast riders on the grid in BSB on this new bike will only improve development time as well. I think we have a really strong team and it’s clear that Honda are pushing to succeed. I can’t wait to get my hands on the new bike, which appears to have been developed around specific racing requirements and with more focus on what’s needed to win championships. It’s exciting to be part of a team like ours at a time like this, I’m proud to have been trusted with the responsibility of delivering results for Honda Racing and I really do believe we’ll be able to achieve our goals next season.”
Dean Harrison:
“This ride is the chance of a lifetime for me. I’ve got a three-time BSB champion for a teammate in one corner and one of the standout racers of the 2026 BSB championships in the other. The short circuit pace I’ve developed on the CBR600RR in the last year is really going to help and I learned a lot racing with Jack Kennedy, I’m certain I can do the same on the big bike. I’m under no illusions though, I know it’ll be tough but there’s more to life than taking the easy route and I want to challenge myself. This is why I wanted to do a full season on the big bike, I’ll put my full focus on the championship and making the new bike work as best it can. Of course, the time spent understanding and developing the new Fireblade in BSB will contribute to our roads preparations, but in terms of our 2027 BSB plans it doesn’t get much better than being in this line up for a factory team on an all-new race bike.”
